Nine US soldiers killed in Afghanistan

Nine American soldiers were killed and 15 wounded on Sunday, after insurgents attacked a remote base in northeastern Kunar province near the Pakistani border. It was the deadliest attack against US forces in the country since 2005. More on Nine US soldiers killed in Afghanistan
