India-Afghanistan hold delegation level talks

MS Aiyar is on a visit to Afghanistan. Recently, delegation level talks were held between the two sides. Continuing with its efforts to rebuild Afghanistan, India has pledged its support to strengthen the local governance system in Afghanistan.
