H1N1 is dangerous for TB, HIV positive patients

A TEAM of medical experts in Mexico discovered that the country where the deadly H1N1 flu virus originated, could have made India worried.

The experts of the World Health Organisation (WHO), Centre for Disease Control and Prevention and the Mexican medical experts studied the first forty death cases in Mexico. They discovered that those, who have been suffering from asthma, cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and other immunosuppressive illnesses like HIV, diabetes and TB, have more risk of death if infected with H1N1. India tops the list with such patients.
