Fresh suicide attack in Kabul kills 20

A week after the Taliban militants carried out a suicide bombing in the Indian embassy in Kabul, another suicide bomber attacked a police van in southern Afghanistan on Sunday morning. At least 20 people have been killed and more than 35 injured.
