Eta military chief detained in France

French authorities detained the military head of the Basque separatist group in the Hautes-Pyrenees region of Southern France. The arrest of Garikoitz Aspiazu Rubina is bound to be a major setback for Eta. But, a backlash cannot be ruled out..
