Al-Bashir and Ban Ki-Moon face off at Arab summit

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest order for al-Bashir earlier this month on war crimes charges. The United Nations holds that the fighting in Sudan has killed up to 300,000 people and driven 2.7 million from their homes since 2003.
