US knows, ‘blessed are the meek…’

The CIA would have been appreciated if it had managed to stop the Mumbai carnage. Why is it playing the Good Samaritan now? It knows that blessed are the meek, for, they shall inherit the earth. Additionally, US coffers are empty now.
