At least 15 people killed in Lanka suicide attack

This attack appears to be the latest retaliatory strike by the Tigers. On Sunday, the government of Sri Lanka said its plan to defeat the LTTE had entered its "final phase" that would end the 26-year civil war which had claimed more than 70,000 lives.
